Program description

FBN Group Inc. sends text messages to customers, brokers, shippers, drivers, and applicants who have opted in. Messages you can expect to receive include:

• Load and dispatch updates
• Pickup, delivery, and appointment reminders
• Scheduling and check-call coordination
• Document requests, such as rate confirmations, bills of lading, and proof of delivery
• Driver recruiting and application follow-up
• Account, invoice, and billing notifications

These are conversational and customer care messages related to your business with us. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts.

How you opt in

You opt in by submitting your mobile number on a form on our website, by giving your number to our team in the course of doing business with us, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of employment.

Opting out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again. You may also opt in again at any time by contacting us.
